Professional information

Senthil has academic and research interests in the areas of Strategy, Organization Design and International Business. His research examines corporate configurations for innovation, social exchanges such as trust and power in intra and inter organizational contexts, and ontological and cognitive dimensions of strategic thinking & learning. His research articles have appeared in premier journals: Organization Studies, Journal of Business Research, Competitiveness Review, Journal of Strategy & Management, Organization Development Journal, Quality Management Journal, Journal of Managerial Issues, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, and Strategic Change Journal. 

Senthil currently an Associate Professor of Strategy at Middle Georgia State University. Previously, Senthil taught in the business programs at Oklahoma State University, Rhode Island College, Bowling Green State University and National Institute of Technology-Trichy, India. His global academic experience includes teaching Bachelor's, Graduate, and Doctoral level courses in Strategy, International Business and Organization Design, and he has designed and delivered several executive and entrepreneurship development programs. 

Senthil has a doctoral degree in strategic management from Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma, United States. He earned his MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) and B.Engg. from Bharathiar University (India).
